Herding Ball
Herd at home without buying sheep (or ducks)?
Service Description
Put your dog’s brain, body, and instincts to work! In Herding Ball, dogs will learn to move, control, and direct balls (size and type TBD) using skills inspired by real herding work. No sheep required—and no herding pedigree, either. This class is open to all breeds and mixes who enjoy movement, problem-solving, and working with their person. Of course, if your dog came pre-installed with opinions about where everything ought to be… this may be their kind of game. We’ll build the skills step by step, then put them to the test in a friendly Herding Ball competition with a fellow local trainer and their students. Come learn the game, build some teamwork, and see whether your dog can herd more than the cat. Class is 5 weeks and begins Monday August 25 cost is $180 and runs from 6-7 pm
